ABOUT

I am a sociologist (specialization in Social Psychology) and political scientist.  I graduated from Complutense University of Madrid, and then completed a specialization in Gender Studies at the University of Oslo.

Since 2010 I have been living in Berlin, where I have been working as a curator and coordinator of intercultural events pertaining to women's issues.  I specialize in interdisciplinary projects that combine different cultural perspectives and artistic formats to explore and empower feminism in the broadest possible sense.

My primary interests are feminism, deconstructing the colonial mindset, art as a transformative practice space, and the relationship between identity, migration and gender. I use the language of art as a way of generating questions, presenting subjective narratives and visualizing different realities. My productions create open spaces for normative discourses, questioning, empowerment and transformation.
